Step 3 - Click "Submit" (after clicking submit, a new window will appear asking if you want to email this information to us. Click yes and we will send a notification email within 24 hours).

If you do not click "SUBMIT" after filling out ALL information, your records will not be saved, nor will we have any record of your applying.
